Our Remote Smart team provides proactive remote monitoring and as-needed remote troubleshooting to your vital CenTrak RTLS technology – often addressing technology issues prior to their development into a system failure.

Proactive remote monitoring enables us to see important details of your RTLS components in real time, which helps prevent minor technology issues snowballing into larger business-impacting ones.

Our Remote Smart engineers:

  • Proactively monitor RTLS tags and batteries
  • Troubleshoot RTLS, battery condition in tags, field devices and sensory infrastructure
  • Remotely troubleshoot infrastructure that supports your RTLS including servers and network devices

Proactive Monitoring and Full Support Services bundle

CenTrak monitoring and reporting:

    • 8 X 5 X 5 remote monitoring of the CenTrak Connect Pulse™ monitoring system
    • Battery status reporting on quarterly basis provided via Connect Pulse

Battery replacement program:

    • Battery replacement for all infrastructure devices (this includes lithium D cell batteries)
    • Battery status reporting provided at predetermined intervals via Connect Pulse

*Note: Battery replacement program does not include staff badge batteries, however, a website and login will be provided for purchasing staff badge batteries at a discounted rate

Yearly recertification program:

    • Recertification of CenTrak system to include testing thresholds and location granularity and validating integrations
    • Service includes yearly reporting to detail process and identify any unexpected result; resolution notes included

Proactive Monitoring and Reporting bundle

    • 8 X 5 X 5 remote monitoring of CenTrak Connect Pulse monitoring system
    • Battery status reporting provided via Connect Pulse (providing quarterly reporting)
    • Monitoring of device connections and battery levels, and subsequent relaying of information to client for their follow-up action

Server Support package

    • 8 X 5 X 5 remote monitoring of server to include system critical alerts, vital signs and applications; update management and maintenance
    • Remote support to include server troubleshooting
    • Standard maintenance to include server firmware updates and application patches
    • Standard preventative maintenance to include precheck of all system applications including critical system functions and server warranty service

Network Device Monitoring (STARS, timing stars)

    • 8 X 5 X 5 monitoring of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) to include: checking all vital hardware operations of device, providing notifications on system issues as well as remote technical support

CenTrak Application Monitoring

    • 8 X 5 X 5 monitoring services of application to ensure its operability as well as provide remote technical support as needed
