SIGNET is proud to be an approved US GSA Schedule Contractor.  As a Smart Buildings Systems Integrator, SIGNET offers Government Buyers a streamlined procurement device to acquire all of the services necessary to maintain and manage a facility through comprehensive integration of building systems and technology using a non-proprietary and open architecture. Typical building systems to be integrated include: telecommunications, facilities management, security, energy and environmental control, HVAC, lighting, building envelope, access control, power management, cabling infrastructure/wireless, VoIP, video distribution, video surveillance, data network, etc. Typical integration functions include, but are not limited to: requirements analysis, strategic systems planning, system configuration, implementation alternatives, integration planning, system component acquisition, system installation, component integration, testing and analysis, interaction with Building Operations Centers, collection/manipulation of smart building component data, configuration management and control, design-guide development, operational training and support, monitoring, reporting and managing of the systems, and systems maintenance.

Information Technology Professional Services:  IT Professional Services and/or labor categories for database planning and design; systems analysis, integration, and design; programming, conversion and implementation support; network services, data/records management, and testing.

ITC-71

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Operational Services Division, has awarded SIGNET a statewide contract for ITC71 Category 2 – Security Systems Integration (Equipment and Related Services).

As an approved vendor, SIGNET is able to provide security integration services, equipment, systems, supplies, installation, design services, training, service and maintenance, and technical support for all equipment and related services. This includes, but is not limited to: configuration and integration of security, camera, access control, or ID systems and supplies; lobby turnstiles; vehicle access barriers; command centers; detection systems (including x-ray machines, metal detectors, full-body scanners, explosives, narcotics, vehicle-borne, environmental, buried cable, fence, or infrared detection systems); racks, housings, security consoles, mounts, stand-alone computers, secured data storage (local and/or cloud), encrypted data transmission (wired, wireless, and/or cloud-based) and the ability to track encrypted data transmissions; and furniture/fixtures when designed or purchased for use in a security application.

Contract Period: June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2024

Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (“MHEC”) MC14-E05 Fire/Security/Emergency Communication

SIGNET has been an approved vendor for the MHEC since 2004. We recognize the unique security, budgetary, and infrastructure challenges facing facilities today. SIGNET offers MHEC members cost-efficient solutions to create the safe environment necessary to maintain the focus on learning.

As an approved vendor, SIGNET is able to provide access control systems, clock systems, emergency communication systems, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, radios/radio equipment, security systems, sprinkler systems, surveillance equipment, parts & accessories, installation, service & repair, test & inspection.

RI MPA 404 Telecommunications Services/Installation and Parts

As an approved vendor under RI MPA 404, SIGNET is able to provide various types of telecommunications infrastructure systems services by providing support, maintenance and expansion of those systems.

RI MPA 416 Audio Visual Equipment and Services

As an approved vendor under RI MPA 416, SIGNET is able to provide Audio Visual design, integration, installation, and support services for conference rooms, class rooms, presentation rooms, large auditoria, and teleconferencing products and systems.

RI MPA 419 Security Systems and Services

As an approved vendor under RI MPA 419, SIGNET is able to provide the maintenance and repair services for existing security systems, as well as the addition, upgrade, and/or replacement of security system components.
