I am writing this note to anyone who is looking to replace their company phone system and is considering SIGNET Electronic Systems. The NEC equipment we purchased through SIGNET has been reliable. At one point, we did have a problem with the carrier and that is when SIGNET’s true colors came through.
In short, I would highly recommend purchasing a system from SIGNET and am confident that they will stand behind their product and their work resulting in a high quality, full featured, and reliable telephone infrastructure.Roger Forman

Thank you for your email – the entire Audio/Visual system is fantastic, and we are thoroughly enjoying using it. We’ve developed a basic option for use which doesn’t even require unlocking the case (this is great for smaller events and users who don’t need a lot of bells and whistles). We’ve also developed a good comfort level for more sophisticated usage like last night and the talent show. Jay has been a wonderful resource, and we are very grateful for his guidance and assistance.
Thank you for the remote and the microphone for the podium – they will be very helpful, and I will certainly feel more secure having a second remote as a backup. The intercom belt packs and headsets will be a wonderful addition and will greatly enhance our ability to communicate during events.

Your Staff has provided effective and concise reporting of all activities performed at our Facility. The reporting that you have performed for our quarterly testing is exemplary. In fact, The Joint Commission just did our life safety inspection last month and were amazed at how easy it was to review the reports from SIGNET, he liked the fact that all testing results with the compliance EP# were compiled neatly all in one binder and included any deficiency repaired, he said he had never seen one as good as this and wish other hospitals would do their reporting the same way.
